The Quest continues, quite literally on many levels. New podcast series, new ideas, new opportunities and a road trip that brought host Robert Halley, from Florida to North Carolina. Whenever North Carolina is mentioned every cell in Robert’s body shouts, “Asheville! Asheville! Asheville!” The opportunity to revisit the town that captured his heart (touring with Ailey II over a decade ago) presented itself, and so there was no question of a doubt not to go. Especially with Stephanie Morgan living there.
This episode features singer, songwriter and actor Stephanie Morgan. Robert met Stephanie about a year ago on an Abraham Hicks Vortex of Attraction Cruise, and attraction is indeed what occurred. They aligned one evening at dinner with the only available table left to sit at. This began a mutual connection about art, life, performing and Asheville. Words are powerful, a year ago Robert said he would visit her in Asheville one day. That day arrived.
This episode is a fun, inspiring, and insightful offering of experiences and ideas. Stephanie is positive, energetic, creative, raw and real. Critics and Stephanie alike mention her similarity to Bjork, being from the same ‘camp’. What came up a few times is the short and powerful one and a half worded phrase, “It’s o.k.” This simple phrase is a core truth that all humans want to hear for their safety to exist and be themselves. It references our fight or flight response and other physiological reactions to circumstances in our world. It can be a simple personal mantra to echo and whisper under your breath. It can be a very practical starting point to move forward. That is unless it’s not ok, which is also valid.
Stephanie is recording a new album of Soul Songs to be released sometime in March. Stay tuned for details here https://www.facebook.com/stephaniethesinger

The theme of this 'WeeklyQuest' was WEALTH: To check in with your emotional and mental body in all your interactions with money. Can you be in a good feeling place or neutral calm space around the exchange of money? To get away from the 'lack of' mentality and more towards the belief system that money is abundant, it is ease and flow.
